A business decision, an income goal, a promotion, a relationship, a family decision, anything that matters right now. You carry that one situation through all 21 days, using a written exercise that divides what is MINE TO STEWARD from what is GOD'S TO CARRY.

Why I am the one leading this.
I spent many years building a career in high-pressure biotech sales leadership. I know what it takes to hit a number and carry a team.
I am rebuilding, not because the old way failed, but because I am done carrying what was never mine to carry.
I have not mastered surrender. I am practicing it, the same way I am asking you to practice it, one day, one decision, one release at a time.
This was not built from theory. It was built by a leader doing the work alongside you.
